The assistant answers what it knows — services, prices, durations, availability — and hands over the rest: you get an instant alert and the conversation is yours. It never makes up prices or confirms appointments outside your real calendar.
Do you charge per booking?
No. Flat fee of €149/month whether 30 or 300 appointments come in. No per-booking commissions, no marketplace surprises. Conversations, bookings and appointment reminders: included with no cap. The one thing billed separately — and we say it upfront — is bulk campaigns (win-backs, promos to your whole list): they use Meta’s paid templates and we pass them through at cost, zero markup, ~€6 per 100 contacts, always with an approved budget before anything goes out.
Does it work for gyms or multi-chair salons?
Yes, with the extended plan (~€249/month): per-professional diaries, class management and win-back flows for inactive members. We size it together during the audit.
Can I pay for it with the Kit Digital subsidy?
Kit Digital 2026 (up to €3,000 for businesses with 0-3 employees) has been approved but the application window hasn’t opened yet. We prepare your application so it’s ready the day it opens. We won’t tell you "it’s open now", because it isn’t.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You pay the setup and then month to month. We recommend a 3-month run-in to see the full effect on your diary, and the monthly dashboard tells you — in euros — whether it’s worth staying.
