2. Data we collect

Through this website we may collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Information provided through contact forms: the message, the language and the page it was sent from
• Technical data about the submission: approximate country inferred from the connection, browser identifier (user agent) and technical anti-spam signals, and the version of the home page you were shown (omplia_ab cookie), so we know which version of the page brings more enquiries. We do not store your IP address.

3. Purpose of processing

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

• Managing information requests, audits and quotes
• Providing contracted services
• Maintaining communication related to services
• Sending commercial information, if you have given consent

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is:

• Performance of a contract or application of pre-contractual measures
• Consent of the data subject
• Legitimate interest of the controller

5. Data retention

If you hire our services, your data will be retained while the contractual relationship is maintained and, subsequently, for the legally established periods to address possible liabilities.

Contact requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for 12 months from receipt and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion by writing to info@omplia.com.

6. Data recipients

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation. To operate the website we use the following providers, which act as data processors:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting, bot detection on the forms, cookieless visit measurement and storage of contact requests and checks in a private store located in the European Union (Frankfurt region).
• Resend: email delivery of each contact request to our inbox.

Both providers are bound by data processing agreements with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers.

7. Free check of your website or app

On the home page you can enter the address of a website or app to get an automatic technical check. The tool only makes read requests to that address, as a browser would, and requires no sign-up.

For each check we store the address checked, the interface language, whether the page responded, the platform detected, the score and the number of failed checks, together with the approximate country the request came from and the version of the home page that was shown (omplia_ab cookie). We do not store your IP address or any data that identifies the person requesting it.

Purpose: understanding which kinds of sites and problems are most common in order to improve the service (legitimate interest). Retention: 12 months, then deleted.

8. User rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition by sending an email to info@omplia.com.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access.
