An AI assistant connected to your business that answers on WhatsApp and your website, books appointments against your real calendar, rescues missed calls and automatically follows up on quotes and reminders. All managed by Omplia: you never touch anything technical.

VAT not included. The monthly fee includes WhatsApp API costs, EU hosting, direct support and the monthly results dashboard. Conversations, bookings and reminders are included with no cap; the only thing billed separately is bulk marketing campaigns (Meta’s paid templates), passed through at cost with zero markup (roughly €6 per 100 contacts) always with an approved budget before anything is sent. No lock-in: we recommend a minimum of 3 months so the ROI becomes visible, but there is no lock-in contract.
The free audit
Before selling you anything, we spend 1-2 weeks measuring what your business is losing today: unanswered calls, appointments that fall through without warning, quotes that never get a reply. With those numbers we decide together whether the installation is justified. If they don't add up, we tell you and there's no sale.
Regulatory compliance (included in every plan)
- AI Act (European AI Regulation): the assistant always identifies itself as an AI, as required by article 50, mandatory since August 2, 2026
- GDPR: data processing agreement (art. 28), data hosted in the EU, data minimization and documented WhatsApp opt-in flows
- Clinics: the assistant is strictly administrative (appointments, hours, prices, visit preparation). It performs no clinical triage and gives no medical advice, by design. Documentation ready for your DPO
- Human handover: when a conversation calls for it, the assistant passes it to a person and notifies you immediately
Subsidies
We tell it like it is, because there is a lot of smoke around this topic:
- This service is not funded with grants. Kit Digital can only be spent with adhered digitization agents and ACCIÓ's Cupó IA requires an accredited provider. Omplia is neither, so we won't offer you aid you couldn't actually use with us: the assistant pays off with zero subsidy.
- Team training: if you also hire AI training, that part can be subsidized by your own company via FUNDAE (how much depends on its credit and the attendees, never free), and your training entity handles it, not us.
Frequently asked questions (full version)
Who owns the WhatsApp number?
You do. We register a WhatsApp Business API number in your business's name. Your personal WhatsApp stays untouched, and if you ever leave the service, the number and the chat history are yours.
What happens with my customers' data?
It is processed under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR), hosted in the EU and used only to run your assistant. It is never used to train models and never shared between clients.
Can the AI make mistakes?
It can, like any new employee. That's why we supervise it daily during the first weeks, define which questions must be handed to a human and tune the answers with your feedback. The assistant never makes up prices or confirms appointments outside your real calendar.
How long until it's up and running?
2 to 3 weeks from your go-ahead: number registration, configuration with your services and prices, calendar connection, testing with you and launch. The prior audit (1-2 weeks) can run in parallel with the registration paperwork.
What does the monthly dashboard include?
Appointments captured after hours, calls rescued, no-shows avoided, quotes reactivated and an estimate in euros of what was recovered, calculated with your real average tickets. It's the same number we use to justify the fee, if a month doesn't add up, you see it before anyone else.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. The setup fee covers the installation and the monthly fee is paid month to month. We recommend a 3-month run-in because results compound, but you can leave whenever you want and we hand everything over, documented.
